As a skilled dramatherapist, I offer gentler ways to look at and explore your personal journey through life.
Sessions are 50 minutes for individuals and 90 minutes for groups.
Dramatherapy combines creative and reflective practises. In sessions you will have the opportunity to; talk, use tools such as objects, stories, music, drawing or movement to find expression.
Dramatherapy is not only for those who see themselves as being creative but for everyone who wants to further their well-being.
